Opossum Bay Loop PUFF-O-METRE OVERVIEW If you enjoy a water view then you shouldn't go past this hiking location as there isn't a moment when water can't be seen. It's an easy location to find. Follow the Tasman Highway until you run out of road at the end of Opossum Bay. There is plenty of parking at the start of the track. The track is an easy walk along grassy plains that's well mowed to keep you heading in the correct direction. It is a loop track that can be walked clockwise or anti-clockwise. At each bay that you pass, there are access paths to take you down to the beaches. Some beaches are made up of pebbles while others are made up of stunning white sand. There is a lookout on the western side of the loop that offers some fantastic raised views but it is a steep climb so if you don't want the view then it has a bypass track around.
